Dr. Thakor did his M.B.B.S. and completed his M.S. at B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad, and then earned his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery from the respected Shree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum, an institution of National Importance. In the 14-plus years of ongoing, dedicated neurosurgical practice, Dr. Bhaumik Thakor has performed successful brain and spine surgeries plus over 13000 total surgeries that have changed countless lives.

Dr. Bhaumik Thakor’s career includes working at some of India’s best Brain and Spine Hospitals, including Civil Hospital Ahmedabad, SCTIMST, NIMHANS and Wockhardt Hospital. He is trained in neuro-oncology, cerebrovascular and functional neurosurgery, including epilepsy surgery, and brain and spine trauma.
